Transactional Finance Manager
Do you have transactional finance management experience alongside working within a Shared Service Centre? Do you live in the Sheffield area? A well-known organisation is seeking a Transactional Finance Manager to join their busy team in the Sheffield area.
This is a 40 hours per week job, with flexible working available, and comes with a salary of between £29,000 and £30,000, DOE.
The Transactional Finance Manager will provide extensive support to all functions of the finance & purchasing department and manage the day-to-day activities of the finance department.
Key Transactional Finance Manager responsibilities:
? Manage a diverse team monitoring data entry and administration tasks
? Manging a team of purchase ledger, sales ledger and treasury administrators
? Working closely with across purchasing, payroll, credit control and other internal department managers
? Taking ownership of the current purchasing and purchase ledger processes and creating new processes with continuous improvements
? Supervising of a team of finance & procurement administrators
? Ensuring supplier performance KPIs are met and exceeded
? Monitoring team performance and providing support, coaching and training to improve department performance
? Full responsibility of hiring new talent into the team
? Responsible for on-going staff development
? In the absence of the Shared Service Manager, provide cover and support to director level both internally and externally

To succeed in this role, you will need all round accounts experience and people management experience, along with:
? Previous experience in a senior role, i.e. Team Leader, Manager
