Managing Director/Director - Insolvency

This role could be carried out as either a Managing Director or Director, and your title will be determined based upon your experience and your relationships.

The role, to be based out of Hong Kong will be to lead on highly complex insolvency and restructuring appointments and to develop new clients and further expand on the firm’s existing client base. The Hong Kong office is lead by an established and highly respected advisor, so in your capacity as Managing Director/Director you will heavily support this individual with targeted marketing initiatives and driving new business from the Hong Kong/Asia market.

Our client tends to have few conflicts and are known for handling cases that some firms might consider to be too contentious in nature, and are therefore very much considered to be one of the go to firms here in Hong Kong. To be successful, you will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Qualified (SD) to take on insolvency appointments
• Extensive work experience across insolvency, restructuring and investigation
• An existing Hong Kong network of contacts in the legal, bankand accountancy market
• Highly career motivated in order to operate effectively in a dual work delivery and work winning capacity
• Strong people management skills
