Responsibilities:
Analyze business needs, impacts and collect user requirements from project stakeholders
Validate user requirements and work out solutions with proper documentation in user requirement specifications
Act as a key liaison between users, IT and vendors throughout the project implementation process
Lead the User Acceptance Test , formulate test plan and test cases, and perform defects analysis and maintenance
Follow up project tasks in accordance to project timeline, and report progress to the project manager
Provide support and training to end-users
Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in life insurance or financial services industry
Solid experience in business analysis, planning, coordination and execution in project environment
Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Goodcommandof English and Chinese
Good computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
