We're looking to recruit Finance Business Partner-Off Trade
Your Purpose
As part of the commercial finance team, you'll be partnering with our Off Trade division by providing coaching and commercial challenge to a variety of stakeholders by guiding decisions on investments and new initiatives as well as assessing trends and learnings from previous activity. The role is fundamental to the financial management of our business ensuring financial control & governance is continuously improved.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you're looking for role whit strong business influencing and partnering focus in dynamic and driven organization where y ou'll be responsible for providing advice on all aspects of trading policy, profit performance and credit management.

- Business Partnering - Working closely with budget owners to drive understanding, accountability and ultimately value for our business through provision of insight and analysis.
- Budgeting, Forecasting & Reporting - Ensuring operational focus on forecast accuracy is essential. This will require close relationships with & coaching of your partners. You will run commercial surgery type sessions on a regular basis to confirm alignment of plans and ensuring forecasts are based on latest expectations and trends.
- Financial Evaluation - Your role will be key in assessing proposals for investment or initiatives
- Financial Control & Governance - As in any well operated finance function, control and governance are essential to our success. Your role will play a significant part in ensuring control is maintained through thorough review of period end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Coaching & Support to Global Financial Services - Finance Business Partner roles are supported by our centralised Financial Analyst team.
About You
- We are looking for someone with a proven technical ability in accounting and strong communication and influencing skills at all levels within an organisation
- You have an inspiring communication style and enjoy promoting a better understanding of complex financial issues amongst the business at all levels
- You can demonstrate strong commercial acumen skills using experience, information and judgement to deliver results.
You'll possess a finance qualification and strong financial analysis skills. - Ability to build network and relationships - Role will require working closely with business partners gaining trust.
- Experience of working in an FMCG environment are preferred but not essential
