We are recruiting for a Management Accounts Assistant for a large pharmaceutical company based in Liverpool. This will be working with a small team of 4 due to career progression within the team. They are offering a salary of £21,000, free parking with great career progression and study opportunities.
This role is perfect for someone with a little experience in Management accounts who is looking to progress their career in this field and is open to non-qualified or part qualified applicants.
About the Role:
Supporting the Group Financial Reporting Accountant.
Ensuring all relevant P&L and balance sheet financial entries are made in accordance with policies and procedures.
End of month procedures completed to a high standard.
Complete all other tasks required to drive the success of your function as directed by the Group Financial Reporting Accountant.
Initiate and Facilitate changes to further improve the timescales of P&L and balance sheet reporting.
Ensuring balance sheet accounts are reconciled monthly.
Assisting and working to KPI's are met.
Working to deadlines for month end processes.
Essential Skills & Experience
High standards of planning and forward thinking
Month end process to a high standard
Ability to prioritise workloads, deadlines and maintain accuracy
No accountancy qualification required but high levels of education is needed
Part qualified CIMA or ACCA applicants accepted
Sage 1000 experience would be desirable, but training can be given.
