Cash Allocation Administrator Accounting / Accounts Receivable Our client, a leading global player in the aviation leasing space is seeking to hire a Cash Allocation Administrator to join their Dublin based team. Reporting to the Manager in Contracts Management, the Cash Allocation Administrator will be responsible for monitoring the company's receivables and ensuring that Lessee payments are processed accurately in accordance with company policies & procedures and SOX regulations. Key responsibilities to include: Confirming receipt of Lessee payments with various banks via email and through online platforms. Liaising with the Contract Managers to ensure proper and appropriate feedback on the status of each Lessee's receivables. Working with finance to ensure the financial reporting of lease revenue is accurate. Posting and allocating all Lessee payments in the company's lease management system. Requirements for this Role The successful candidate will have: An honours degree in Accounting, finance or related field (min 2.1) Minimum of 6 months of Accounts receivable experience is essential. Previous experience of working in an aircraft lessor would be advantageous. Bank settlements and payments experience would also be desirable. Strong organisational, project management, multi-tasking and communication skills. Highly motivated with ability to work as part of a team.
