This well-established national organisation is currently looking for an experienced Accounts/Office All Rounder to join their close knit team. This role will provide variety by consisting of financial as well as administrative / ad hoc duties. It will require you to balance your financial as well as your administrative skills in this exciting and varied role.
Reporting to the Office Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- Bank reconciliation
- Reception duties (lunch cover)
- Administrative support (ordering office supplies, etc)
- Ad hoc duties
To be successful you will have an basic understanding of accounting concepts, as well as solid administrative skills. Your strong attention to detail, high levels of accuracy and interpersonal skills will set you above the rest and assist you in securing you this exceptional opportunity.
