A hands-on Management Accountant position. You will act as the business partner with the Operational team on site, monitoring and reporting on business performance and providing insight that drives value and support the success of the business.

Description
- Preparation of month end figures and reports
- Review process costs and stock values
- Business partner with non-finance stakeholders, providing financial guidance to drive key business decisions
- Responsible for a management accounts team of 3
- Monthly reporting, with focus on areas of responsibility
- Budgets and forecasts
- Support the ops team and assist in driving projects
Profile
- Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Qualified by Experience
- Must have relevant manufacturing sector experience
- Experience of costings and stock
- Management skills would be desirable
- Strong systems exposure and good excel skills
- Good communication skills and the ability to business partner with non-finance
