Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Accounting, or Professional Certificate in LCCI / ACCA.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia [Will be an advantage if could speak Mandarin]
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Skills: Aptitude for numbers, accuracy, organized, detailed-oriented
- Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Competency in MS Office, databases
- Self-motivated, independent, pleasant personality and keen to learn
- Knowledge in using UPX System will be an added advantage
- Prepare financial reports & documents required by accountant on a timely manner.
- Assist accountant with audits, facts check and resolving discrepancies
- Update cash flow, customer outstanding, vendor outstanding
- Involve in day-to-day accounting operations including invoicing, payments, banking transactions and other accounting & admin work
- Bank reconciliation, employees claim & petty cash
- Calculate costing & prepare vendor / sub-con / utilities payment
- Handling communications with customers and vendors via phone, email & person in charge
- Maintain proper documents and filing control to support accounting entries
- Answering phones
