Accountant / Marketing Assistant, Zee Developers

We are looking for an Accountant / Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

As member Marketing Section he will perform the following role:-

1. To deal with the customers visiting Zee Gardens for purchase of plots,
2. To collect and maintain information about salable plots,
3. To maintain record of recovery with consultation of Accounts Section,
4. To contact the purchasers for early payment/recovery of outstanding amount,

As member Account Section he will perform the following role:-

1. To coordinate with the auditor and present all record for audit,
2. To complete all prepared work as per requirements of auditor and maintain all records/ files/folders pertaining to sale of plots,
3. To assist in updating cash & payment registers (manually & electronically) on daily basis,
4. Any other task to be assigned by the CEO Zee Gardens, Faisalabad.

Qualification & Experience

1. Minimum BBA/B.Com degree or other related fields,
2. Minimum years experience as accountant preferably in real estate industry,
3. Hands-on experience in working with modern office tools like word processing, spreadsheet, and accounting software,
4. Able to work on Quid Software acquired by the company for its real estate activities,
5. Expert in analyzing financial data,
6. Able to work independently and efficiently,
7. Honest, hard worker, self motivated and loyal to the company.

Education: Bachelors

Degree Title: BBA / BS / B.Com / Equivalent

Career Level: Intermediate

Experience: 2 Years
