Description
As the Senior Covenant Manager you will lead a team of 4 and be responsible for the development and delivery of the organisation's Covenant assessment. Other duties of the role will include but are not limited to, managing the Covenant assessment, managing the Financial Assessment for the organisation, continuously monitoring the internal and external data to ensure a secure position for the organisation, ensuring that the covenant information provided is useful and relevant, working with the wider organisation and senior stakeholders, providing a covenant opinion on potential new schemes, dealing with queries and other ad hoc duties.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Be a Qualified Accountant ESSENTIAL
- Have completed covenant reviews or independent business reviews ESSENTIAL
- Have knowledge of the Pensions Regulatory and guidance on employer covenant assessment ESSENTIAL
- Have prepared reports for senior stakeholders ESSENTIAL
- Have managed a team DESIRABLE
