Description
Transactional Finance Manager
- Lead Finance Operations
- Ensure the recording of incoming cash receipts, includes standing orders & bank transfers are completed timely and accurately.
- Ensure that the Head Office petty cash is managed within group policies with all transactions processed timely and accurately.
- Ensure that prepaid cards are managed within group policies with all transactions processed timely and accurately.
- Ensure that the Head Office credit card is managed within group policies with all transactions processed timely and accurately
- Bank Reconciliations
- Line Manage 3 members of the finance team, ensuring that they have regular 1:1's, ensure that training and development needs are identified and implemented, prepare Performance appraisals for Financial Controller review, ensure that there is an open, effective and cohesive finance team.
- Provide excellent short term cover for the Management Accountant and Financial Controller in times of absence.
Profile
A successful applicant will have experience with the above & be available on short notice.
Job Offer
Salary £30,000 - £35,000
35 Hour Working Week
