MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Quality and Delivery
Should possess accounting and book-keeping knowledge
Should be able to do invoicing and reconciliations
IFRS knowledge is preferred
Should be able to coordinate between team members for admin related tasks
Should be able to indulge in HR operations - ensuring appropriate documentation, on-boarding etc 
Manage office supplies and place orders when appropriate
Arrange meetings/interviews and provide reminders
Should be capable of handling petty cash
Organise team activity and build team rapport 
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Should be able to prepare MIS reports
Should update office policies and ensure compliance with them

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Proven experience as an Administrator or relevant role
Familiarity with office equipment, including printers and fax machines
Knowledge of office policies and procedures
Experience with office management tools (MS Office, in particular)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload
Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
Any under-graduate degree is mandatory
