Description

Responsibilities:

This position supports the EMEA organisation

Report and analyse Customer/Segment Profitability for large accounts, Enterprise and Medium Business. Partner with Account Team, Contract Management, Transition and Delivery Teams to meet Account Margin objectives and drive profit optimisation.

Perform Ad Hoc Profitability Analysis (New products, Platform/Asset, Country...)

Be a trusted advisor providing value-added decision support and guidance to executive management.

Evaluate business results and serve as a functional expert to the business client to provide strategic guidance and insights during the analysis process

Help determining underutilised Networks and Assets and recommend corrective actions.

Communicate with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Drive "can-do" attitude and one-team-spirit.

Proactively identify possible scenarios, risks and opportunities around business performance.

Profile

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
Experience in the telecommunications industry. Knowledge of business and cost drivers, financial statement analysis, and deep-dive analysis
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
A professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.)

Ideally, you'll also have:

A Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
Understanding of corporate financial planning, reporting & analysis, and costing/profitability methodologies and processes
Proficiency in Essbase, Smart View, and Hyperion Strategic Finance
Excellent communication skills and ability to focus on the details
