Position Summary: The Regional PTP Analyst is accountable to perform/review the day-to-day Shared Services PTP operations for the region including but not limited to: (a) Accounts Payable, Payments and the associated reconciliations and accruals; (b) vendor enablement to support the automation of the disbursements processes (c) any tax, 1099 or VAT processing applicable to the assigned region, (d) exception processes, and (e) supporting the sub-ledger close processes on a period, quarter, and annual basis. Main Responsibilities include: Perform and coordinate the PTP activities for Shared Services Assist the PTP  Regional Team Lead in performing, facilitating, and reviewing day to day disbursements operation within the center and the 3rd party provider Assure processing is performed within standards and allows for service level attainment Assist in issue resolution with or between internal contributors or external parties to the process Perform disbursements functions within the defined process standards. Assist the Regional PTP Lead in developing and reviewing  scorecard results for Accounts Payable and T&E in the region. Continuously improve process design focusing on simplification, standardization, quality improvement and cost minimization The Regional PTP Analyst supports the Regional PTP Lead to execute Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel and Entertainment (T&E) processes in the regional Shared Service center and with the 3rd party outsource locations supporting the region. Minimum Education BA degree in Business or Accounting Minimum Experience 3-5 plus years of AP experience inclusive of all aspects of Accounts Payable and Travel and Entertainment Purchasing/Procurement experience a plus Prior recent experience working in a SSC environment preferred. Experience with 3rd party outsource providers preferred Strong ability to interact with internal and external parties at various levels Attentive to detail with a propensity for continuous improvement Preferred Experience SAP Other non-SAP Platform/ERP experience a plus SRM / ARIBA Purchasing Platform experience a plus Minimum Language Skills: Fluent English and one of European languages required.
