These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition. Key Responsibilities:

• Performing internal controls review in line with the global audit plan defined
• Preparing management reporting packs for both Accenture and Client Management team
• Ongoing collaboration with the Client and presenting results from audits performed
• Identifying and implementing process improvements
• Participating in issue remediation and resolution process
• Developing and maintaining audit process methodologies and documentation
• Be a part of international team, build positive relations and teamwork

Soft skills:

• Good communication and presentation skills
• Accounting qualification (finished or in progress), e.g. CIA, ACCA, CPA
• Very good command of English, another language is an advantage
• Very good MS PowerPoint and MS Excel skills, knowledge of Oracle will be an advantage
• Ability to work effectively and flexibly with operational teams from different global locations
• Readiness to work flexible hours as/when required e.g. early morning/late evening
• Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and balance workload effectively against deadlines
• Flexibility
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with managing conflicts
• Analytical mindset

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of work experience in finance and accounting (including min. 2 years' experience in audit company or internal audit / internal controls dept.)
• Would have worked for a multinational organization where s/he would have worked with colleagues internationally,
• Should have exposure/knowledge of international accounting standards
• Should have worked in a process driven environment
• Knowledge of International Accounting Standards
