Description
This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading Global Manufacturing Organisation, at their offices in Swindon. As the Financial Reporting Manager you will manage and be accountable for the Financial Accounting, Statutory & Reporting areas of Finance and ensure that overall Financial Reporting team objectives are met.
Profile
As the Financial Reporting Manager you will have the following:
- ACA/CIMA/ACCA
- Experience of working in a medium/large company in a global business.
- Proven experience of using KPIs to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem solving skills and pro-active approach to work.
- Ability to liaise with other departments and external suppliers at all levels
- Ability to deal with internal & external auditors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence, motivate and manage a team.
- Knowledge and application of IFRS/FRS accounting standards.
- Knowledge and application of UK corporation tax and VAT requirements.
- Excellent time management and able to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability and willingness to take ownership of any issue relating to Financial Accounting.
Job Offer
£50k - £55k dependant on experience + good benefits package
