Our client is a leading International Artist located in London's West End, a short walk from Oxford Circus station. Due to a period of substantial growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant to join their accountancy team.
Description
Located in London's West End, our client is looking for a Finance Assistant with responsibility for the following duties:
- Preparing daily bank balances schedule
- Preparing the daily uploads of exchange rates
- Preparing batches and scanning of all finance documents on a weekly basis
- Preparing the upload forms for new supplier accounts and new product analysis codes
- Ensuring PO's are approved and complete
- Monthly download and distributing of credit card statements to card holders or their designated assistant
- Copying of specific purchase invoices in preparation for the annual audit
- Sorting post, filing and photocopying
- Weekly bank depositing of cash and cheques
- Uploading journals to the accounting software
- Send out Remittance Advices on a monthly basis
- Ad hoc tasks as required
Profile
The ideal candidate will have worked in accounts previously, with c.12-18months experience, looking for their next role in finance.
Job Offer
Salary of £18,000-£22,000
