I'm working with a growing business on the outskirts of Cardiff to recruit a Bookkeeper on a permanent basis. The role will support the business looking after the day to day transactional finance for several businesses as well as maintaining accurate books.
Client Details
My client is going through growth and has acquired a smaller business recently. They are now looking to grow the finance team and add an experienced bookkeeper to the operation.
Description
The successful Finance Assistant - Bookkeeper will be responsible for -
- Balancing Accounts
- Processing sales invoices
- receipts and payments
- Completing VAT returns
- Preparing invoices for the Inland Revenue
- Checking company bank statements
- Preparing cash flow statements
- Dealing with financial paperwork and filing
Profile
This role will ideally suit someone who has worked within a finance function previously with good exposure to double entry bookkeeping, account reconciliation and AAT qualified.
Job Offer
£20,000 plus generous working hours and flexible start times
