Assist Property Management Accountant to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the Retail & Residential Lease Revenue function of the Property Management Department.
To ensure tracking and monitoring Retail & Residential Revenue for accuracy, verifying it against receivables report on a weekly/monthly basis.
Ensure that tenants are billed for e.g. simultaneously keeping record of the same for reporting purposes.
Ensure that receivables are monitored and collections are consistent with set company time frames.
Responsible for all debt collection and debtor management from Retail & Residential Tenants and submitting weekly/monthly reports to his/her manager.
Timely generation and dispatch of Retail Tenants invoices and reconciliation of individual Tenant's statement of account, generation of Retail Tenant's outstanding reports, generation of receipt upon collection.
