Company and Role Summary

Our client is a vertically integrated green coffee company with roots in Latin America. The company ships coffee around the world and connects producers in Latin America (Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador etc) to coffee roasters in Australia and abroad. It's an American company and started the Australian branch 4 years ago.

They are looking for an experienced and motivated Accountant to join our accounting Global Accounting Team. An individual who is committed, well organized and self-managed. Who is able to work in a fast paced focused environment, a fast learner and has a humble approach to learning.

Main Duties:

• Raising invoices in our ERP
• Reviewing and posting purchasing invoices
• Assisting the Global Accounting Team in ad hoc accounting requests.
• Following up on invoices payable
• Processing payroll, payments and allocations
• Stock reconciliations
• Other administrative tasks, as required. .

Experience required:

• Intermediate Word/Excel
• Prior work experience using Great Plains is a must.
• Experience quoting and invoicing
• Initiative, and proactive mindset
• Excellent time-management skills, and results-oriented
• High level of customer service and team work
• Spanish proficiency is a plus.
