A highly reputable client, based in Trafford Park, are recruiting a Management Accounts Team Leader to join their well established team.

Description

As a Management Accounts Team Leader, you will be reporting into the Finance Manager, responsible for the monthly production of management accounts and leading a small team.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: lead, motivate and manage a team of 3 direct reports; assist in the production of the Management Accounts including monitoring Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger and cashbook; complete balance sheet reconciliations; daily review of purchase invoices and expense claims; review sales reconciliations; review cash books; produce and review reports and analyse variances for staff costs; complete and review product profitability.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Be Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA - Essential
• Have knowledge of working in a month end focused role - Essential
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
• Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
• Have knowledge of supervising a team/Montoring/Team-leading - Essential
