SF Group are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant, for a market leading manufacturing business in Derby. The business has seen strong business growth in the last couple years, which has resulted in the creation of this role.
The purpose of the job is to produce management reporting in a timely manner and assist the Finance Manager with the smooth running of the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce a suit of management reports, KPI's and accounting reports to agreed deadlines to aid the business including both weekly and monthly packs
- Assist in the period end close down function
- Deputise for the Finance Manager in their absence
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Inter-company reconciliations
- VAT & Intrastat returns
- Period end journals
- Variance analysis
