As part of a large and well established group, our client is a multisite organisation which is rapidly expanding through various acquisitions. As such, they now have an excellent opportunity for a Head of Finance to lead their finance team in Bournemouth, Dorset.
As a member of the senior management team and working at board level, this is a position in which you will be instrumental in strategic business planning, with emphasis on new revenue streams, reviewing and executing investment opportunities. You will also lead and manage banking relationships, together with investor relations, including regular reporting on performance. As the number one in finance for this part of the group, you will ensure that robust procedures are in place, whilst developing and managing specific KPIs, preparing accounting records whilst ensuring compliance with UK GAAP & IFRS, and being the key point of contact for external audit.
As a fully qualified senior finance professional, you will have a track record of successfully driving strategic growth plans, together with exposure to investor relations, banking relationships and detailed financial modelling.
