Head of Finance

An opportunity has arisen to join a global, creative agency as a Head of Finance on a permanent basis. Joining an established and ambitious agency who work with a host of instantly recognisable brands you will be fully responsible for their UK entity.

Reporting to the senior management team, you will be a pivitol member as they continue to expand and grow organically. You shall be responsible for the financial and operation functions of the business and supporting the Managing Director with commercial decisions.

Your duties shall include;
- Supporting the senior team to deliver the business plan
- Deliver robust and reliable financial and regulatory compliance
- Commercial partner to creative and project management teams
- Take ownership of implementing effective processes and systems across group
- Work to deliver business growth of 10% yoY and increase margins
- Preparation of management reporting information including P&L
- Responsible for statutory accounting requirements and main point of contact for the audit
- Strategic forecasting and modelling - including scenario planning
- Cash flow management - and detailed forecasting on overhead and cost control
- Tax requirements
- Management of junior team
You shall be
- A fully qualified accountant with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience
- Have experience within an agency environment
- Credible communicator who can add value and aid business growth
- Ambitious, and can - do - attitude
