Business Analyst - Process Design & Improvement - Financial Services
Based in Widnes a Business Analyst is required on a contract basis to work on a large Risk Transformation Programme.
Candidates must have business analysis experience gained within the banking or financial services sector.
Candidates must have a generic all round BA skill set which includes experience of process design and process mapping.
Any experience of working on projects delivering change into a collections function (redress and remediation), customer complaints, customer arrears, financial crime (AML, Fraud) or vulnerable customers would be highly advantageous.
This role will offer the potential of a long term contract and excellent working environment, including ability to work from home.
