Digital Business Analyst- Wealth Management- UX, Web
My client requires a Digital Business Analyst to work with in-house and external resources to support the delivery of new externally facing capabilities from initial concept through to implementation. You will:
- Document customer journeys, validation rules, actions and interactions along with workflow analysis and process analysis;
- Work with internal SMEs to document analysis and functional requirements specifications;
- Translate requirements to user stories and development tasks for the development team;
- Support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, working in a sequential, agile and iterative environment as appropriate to the task.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing and provide support to the testing team throughout the project lifecycle;
Key skills:
- Experience of the full IT project lifecycle from requirements capture through to hand-over to operational support;
- Experience in the financial services industry;
- Good understanding of web, digital and UX, prototyping, design, build and third party Experience in Wealth Management;
- Experience in working as part of an Agile Scrum Team;
- Basic visual modelling capabilities;
