For our Client international company which expanding operations in Cracow we are looking for Candidate who is ready for new challenges and has willingness to take part in building new company structure.
As a Service Delivery Manager you will take ownership of and deliver SOX testing of business and IT controls (approximately 6000 Group wide) for an assigned portfolio of SOX clusters (approx. 15'000 direct testing hours), including aspects such as planning, execution, project management, review of results and issues and quality assurance in line with quality, time, efficiency and budget requirements.You will work with the Head of SOX Testing/QA, and other global co-source partners to ensure appropriate resourcing, scheduling and technical expertise for delivery of SOX Testing portfolio. You will Lead SOX Testing for clusters where testing is performed by Audit SOX Testing Team members.
The ideal Candidate should have Master degree (or equivalent) and 10 or more years of experience in related field. Fluent level of English required. Direct experience in implementing and/or executing SOX 404 for a complex, global multinational, internal or external audit experience required as well as recognised accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CISA). Functional/technical Capabilities which are expected:Audit - Analytical Mindset, Audit Risk Assessment, Internal & External Audit Standards, Knowledge of Organisation and Control Environments, Project Management, Impactful Reporting, Networking, Relationship Management.
