CASUAL FINANCE ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Position Status: Casual Position

Classification: Administration Officer Grade 1 (HS1)

Benalla Health is seeking a suitably qualified & experience Finance Administration Officer to join the Administration Team.

The position provides accounts payable, accounts receivable, clerical support and reception services to the organisation. The Finance Administration Officer is an effective member of the Finance & Administration department.

The Successful applicant must be able to demonstrate the following:


Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable systems.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Demonstrated computer skills and experience in a financial environment, including; computerised financial systems and Microsoft Office applications
Ability and preparedness to work in and contribute to a positive team environment.
Proven organisational and time management skills with demonstrated ability to work to tight timelines and prioritise competing work demands.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to liaise with all levels of staff and management.
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
