Group Management Accountant

The Company

This is an international property investment and development company with locations all around the APAC region, with continuous plans to expand. With offices located in the CBD, this company is known for hiring top performers and providing excellent training.

The Role

You will work closely with the Financial Controller to take full ownership of the group financial planning and budgeting process. Your other responsibilities will include:

• Complete all management accounting and ensure reporting deadlines are met
• Act as key business partner between finance team and other areas of business
• Produce and consolidate budgets and forecasts
• Develop budgeting and financial planning models
• Act as an indirect report and mentor to junior members of staff
• Continually look to improve processes

Your Profile

My client is looking for an eager accountant who is able to problem solve and work collaboratively with the team. You will also have:

• CA/CPA Qualification
• 3+ years local Big 4 experience would be highly regarded
• Experience in property
• Management Accounting experience
• Ability to communicate with non-financial staff
• Advanced Excel and modelling skills
