The Position As a Customer Service Supervisor you will be responsible for assisting the Branch Sales and Service Manager in building a solid customer service experience. This is achieved through the development and coaching of team members and building of their knowledge within the banking industry together with meeting required business targets, as well as being organised and focused on the operational tasks at hand.You will be an experienced leader and comfortable with being accountable to deliver strong business results whilst effectively managing a team of banking professionals. You will provided with full training to ensure you become competent and compliant in all aspects of product knowledge regarding visa cards, personal lending, travel, insurance, term deposits and transactional accounts as well as branch operations which includes balancing central cash, tam's, vault and adhering to opening and closing procedures. This opportunity also offers involvement with Heritage personal loan and mortgage lending processes. Operating Hours To make it easier for our customers to do business with us, our branches are typically open 5.5 days per week (Monday to Saturday). You will work a variety of shifts based on the operational requirements of the branch.
