Graduate Finance Accountant role within an Investment Management firm based in Mayfair, London.

Client Details

Growing Investment Management firm based in Mayfair.

Description

Reporting to the Head of Finance, your role will be broad but will include:

  • Overseeing the ledgers including purchase and sales ledger
  • Payment runs
  • Assisting with month end duties
  • Fixed assets
  • Accruals, prepayments and journals
  • Overseeing the Accounts junior
  • Assisting with budgeting

Profile

Excellent academics - you must have a 2.1 or 1st class degree (ideally in Accounting or Mathematics or Economics) and also have strong A Levels (A and B grades).

You will have recently graduated with some internship experience and / or have circa 12 months practical experience within an accounting role

Previous financial services experience not necessary although an interest in the investment sector desirable.

Good level of Excel.

Good understanding of debits and credits.
