Description
As the Financial Reporting & Control Manager you will be responsible for a range of activities including the monthly reporting cycle, statutory accounts, efficiency improvements, ensuring the balance sheet recs are completed by finance managers and the month end timetable is adhered to. They will also be a key contact for the statutory auditors and have at least two direct reports to support them. This role also has the responsibility of managing two direct reports.
Profile
For this our client is looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA or ACCA), who has strong technical accounting experience, an ability to examine and improve financial control across the finance function, and good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, look ups and formulae).
Line management experience for this role is essential

12 month contract offering a salary of up to £55,000
