Our client is a leading service provider with business operations across the globe. They are now looking for a Senior Accounting Manager to focus on group reporting and accounting function.

about the job

Reporting to the Director, you will be in charge of the group consolidation and financial reporting such as annual reports and financial statements. You will be leading a small team and be the contact point to work closely with other members from finance team to ensure timely deliver of budgeting, forecasting and other analysis. You will also be in charge of the internal control process and keep the team updated on accounting standards. The group is enjoying stable financial growth and have successfully acquired a number of companies in the field. Should you have experience in M&A on accounting treatment and post intergration would be a plus

skills and experience required

Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance; professional qualifications is a must
Minimum of 7 years working experience; Big 4 + solid financial reporting experience is a must
Commercial experience in Headquarter/Group level will be highly preferred
Stable experience and strong in English
