This global banking group has had a strong presence in the Asia region and is highly regarded within the corporate and investment banking market across a range of products and industry sectors. They have a long track record here across specialised finance, corporate banking/finance, financial markets and retail banking.

Due to growth and success in the local market, the Real Estate Finance team is now looking to add an Associate hire.

Reporting to the Head of Real Estate Finance locally, you will be expected to:
• support origination and execution of large corporate and institutional real estate transactions
• structure and execute transactions across a range of asset classes
• prepare detailed credit papers including financial modelling and sensitivity analysis
• assist portfolio management and review.

Tertiary qualified, you will have a minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience, gained within corporate/investment bank, advisory firm or real estate fund, demonstrating time spent covering real estate and/or project finance transactions. In addition, it is expected that you will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly analytical and detail focused.
