Reporting Manager - FMCG This household name organisation, based in West Dublin, are looking to welcome a highly-motivated analytical, and strategic-thinking Reporting Manager to join their financial analytics team. This person will be responsible for generating and developing reports and processes in the management accounting department and will be the key point of contact for international colleagues and stakeholders. They'll lead a small team and be focused on consistently improving processes and procedures. Great, but what would my day-to-day look like? Taking requirements from various end users to co-ordinate planning, analysis and reporting needs Ensuring transparency around results and processes Analysis current business processes to ensure continuous improvements Preparation, quality analysis and distribution of country reports as part of the plan Work with cross-functional team members to identify high-impact insights across business areas Implementation of international standards or guidelines around reporting Looks good-but what should my profile look like in order to be considered? Degree-qualified in finance, accounting, maths, statistics or other related area CIMA/ACCA qualification (even part-qualified) would be an advantage At least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar role Some degree of fluency in German Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Tableau, Microstrategy, Spotfire etc Strong Excel VBA skills Previous management or team lead experience would be an advantage Experience using enterprise ERP's such as SAP is an advantage Looks like a fit! What else do I need to know? This role will pay up to €45K + package including 25 days holidays, pension, health insurance, training, onsite canteen and gym and optional company cars.
