- Make summarized reports for management on daily material consumption, and on labor & subcontractors involvement on site
- Prepares, reviews and maintains the Work in Progress (WIP) on daily basis for accuracy
- Check the completeness and accuracy of data entered by junior staff
- Works with Junior accounting staff to drive the production of timely and accurate management reports on daily basis
- Recording and reporting of general activities of the sites and performance of designated staff
- To supervise inventory counts & Maintain acceptable and accurate inventory levels at Warehouse/inventory locations in close coordination with Warehouse Inventory Assistant and monitor/report shortfalls and surplus inventory weekly and monthly.
- Under the guidance of the Accounting Manager, to provide supervision to a team of accounting clerks for accurate and timely reporting.
