We are seeking to hire an Accountant to ensure appropriate documentation and approval and payment in accordance with the company policies, and procedures.

Your job responsibilities will be including but not limited to the following:

* Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
* Prioritize invoices according to payment terms
* Match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks / wire and distribute checks accordingly
* Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies, and respond to all vendor inquiries
* Assist in month end closing
* Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices invoices







About You
As an Accountant, you need to demonstrate the following Qualities, Skills & Knowledge:

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting, or business administration.

Minimum Experience:

* Minimum  1-3 years of relevant experience

Job-Specific Skills:

* Strong Excel and database skills.
* Strong understanding of setting up and organizing database and spread sheets.
* Reasonable verbal and written communication skills.
* SAP financial application experience preferred
