• Responsible for Relevant, Reliable, complete and Accurate financial information presented in the Trial balance and financial statements;
• Responsible to preparation of details financial statements on monthly/quarterly basis, with reasoning on major variances;
• Responsible for preparation of region wise P&L on monthly/Quarterly basis;
• Responsible to monitor that cost are correctly charged to cost center to ensure that financial statements are showing correct and reliable for decision making;
• Responsible to calculate inventory (parts & vehicles) ageing provisions based on approved policies;
• Responsible to ensure perpetual & annual parts stock count is done as per predefined schedule;
• Responsible to ensure monthly new and used vehicle stock count is done as per predefined schedule;
• Responsible to monitor adequacy of all provisions and accruals;
• Responsible to maintain and reviewing VM & VDM and other receivable related to R.O;
• Responsible for coordination with external audit and external auditor.
