Our client is a listed company with diversified business throughout Asia. They are now looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to focus on group consolidation and financial accounting.

about the job

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be helping to oversee day-to-day accounting and financial operation, leading a small team to deliver interim and annual results announcement, annual reports and annual audit. You will also be handling monthly management reporting for management review. In addition, you will be involved in group tax filings but it will not be the core responsibility.

skills and experience required

  • Degree holder in Accountancy/Finance; professional qualifications is a must
  • Minimum of 8 years working experience; Big 4 candidates with HK listed company experience is a must
  • PRC GAAP/taxation knowledge highly preferred but not a must
  • Candidates with ability to start immediately or within shorter notice periods are highly preferred
