Finance Manager (Property/Construction)

As one of the fastest growing property development companies in Western Sydney, this organisation has made significant steps in establishing themselves within the industry as a 'go to' supplier for property & construction. Due to this increase in growth, they are looking to establish a strong Finance Manager within their small finance team, to handle a variety of areas.

Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Handling month-end and year-end reporting
- Statutory and Tax reporting with a property focus
- Financial and management accounting including financial statements, budgets and forecasts
- Costing and compliance
- Liaising with project, developers, builders, managers and internal staff
- BAS, GST and FBT reporting
- Ability to assist with accounts payable on an infrequent basis

The ideal candidate will be CPA qualified with significant experience particularly in Statutory and Taxation within Property, as a company accountant within a similar Small-to-Medium enterprise where you will need to be hands on. Experience in the Construction and Property industry will be essential, as will previous experience in MYOB. Having a committed, team player mentality will be highly regarded and in return, flexibility provided.
