IPS Finance is working with a small , profitable firm of Chartered Accountants in Leeds on a manager role with equity partnership prospects.
The firm handle a portfolio of accounts, audit and tax work and promote cloud based software to their clients. There is interesting succession planning prospects as the practice owner is looking to retire over the next 5 years and the view is the appointed candidate will work alongside two other qualified accountants in the firm and will take on the running and equity ownership of the practice.
Our client is looking for a qualified accountant with strong client facing skills. Candidates seeking a move from practice or accountants with previous practice experience seeking a move from industry will be given full consideration. The salary on offer will be dependent upon experience.
