My Not for Profit and Charities client based in Basildon are looking for a Purchase Ledger clerk to join them on a temporary basis. There is currently a permanent vacancy within the business as well so there may be a chance of temp to perm.

My client are a well respected charity with good longevity and a great name within the community. Their work is selfless and they have a great reputation within the community.
They have a really nice working environment and the manager of the finance team is lovely and someone you'd be lucky to work for.
They are a well run ship within finance but they balance this with a great environment to work in as well.
Description
This Purchase Ledger Clerk position will involve
Reconciliation of Supplier Statements
Analysis of the Purchase Ledger
Ensuring that a back log of invoices have been put through the proper approval process
Preparing invoices for a payment run
Profile
The successful Purchase ledger clerk will
- Have good solid Purchase Ledger Experience
- Be comfortable with Microsoft Excel
- Be able to perform bank reconciliations
- Be comfortable using Sage Line 50
