Deputy Manager

Job Role:

• Assisting in preparing Ind AS consolidated results on quarterly basis and full-fledged consolidated financial statements annually
• Regulatory reporting on the consolidated Bank to RBI
• Preparing of Intercompany confirmations & JV
• Assisting in all other quarter/ year ending Consolidation activities
• Financial statement analysis
• Analysis of variance of consolidated results

LIKELY LEARNINGS

• Working knowledge of financial services business across verticals
• Consolidated financial statements
• Ind AS Accounting standards knowledge
• Financial statement analysis

Eligibility Criteria:

• ACCA affiliate/member with 0 to 4 years experience.
• Only those Candidates who have cleared all 13 papers of the ACCA qualification will be considered for this role

Job Requirements:

• Knowledge of Ind AS
• Oracle knowledge will be preferable
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, Word and  PPT)
• Reasonable orientation / understanding of Kotak Group and how they function, and/or their key drivers
• Good inter personal skills and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Highly motivated and self-starter

Salary

• Fresher ACCA Affiliates – 4.25 LPA to 5 LPA (Candidate should have passed all 13 exams of the ACCA qualification)
• Salary for candidates with experience will be decided basis their competence and relevance to the role
