The Sales Ledger Clerk role reports to the Credit Controller and responsible for receiving, banking and allocating cash on a daily basis.
Due to continued grown and expansion of the business the role coudol evolve over time, and become more varied, so the incumbent needs to be flexible and adaptable.

Description
The Sales Ledger Clerk role involves;
- To collect cash receipts from all departments on a daily basis
- To band and accurately allocate all receipts. Resolve any unallocated payments.
- To review the company bank statements and post all BACS receipts.
- To create new customers on the System and on the BACS system.
- To circulate regular reports of unauthorized debtors.
- To issue and reconcile petty cash in accordance with Group policy.
- To provide support and cover for the Credit Controller.
- To carry out any other duties as may be reasonably expected in accordance with the position.
Profile
The ideal candidate for the Sales ledger Clerk role will;
- have worked in a Sales Ledger / Accounts Receivable role previously
- be adapt able to change and willing to cover colleagues work
- live locally to Addlestone
- have strong attention to detail
- be highly organised
Job Offer
The Sales Ledger Clerk role can pay up to £24,000 + benefits.
