Senior Management Accountant

Opportunity to join as a Senior Management Accountant at a multi-national live entertainment business.

They are looking for well experienced qualified accountant who can improve the processes in place, deliver timely P&Ls and forecasts, manage a team of 3 management accountants, and be groomed as a successor to the financial controller.

They are located in the heart of London.

Description

As the successful candidate, you will have full oversight over the P&L and forecasting process while managing 3 management accountants. You will act as a key point of contact for the VP of finance, and will play a key role in improving systems. Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Month end Actuals and forecast summaries in EXCEL
• Month end and Forecast packages
• Act as a POC for system inquiries in EXCEL
• Manage a team of 3 management accountants
• undertake ad hoc duties assigned by the FC
• grooming to be a successor to the FC
• review balance sheet reconciliations
• Provide analytical reviews for internal and external audits
• Liaise with the VP of finance for forecasts

Profile

As the successful candidate, you will be:

• Qualified with ACA, CIMA, or ACCA
• Have experience and prior ownership of P&Ls
• Strong technically for forecasts
• Advanced Excel Skills, comfortable with systems implementation (MS)
• Strong inter personally, able to deal with pressure and senior stakeholder
• Management experience is preferable, but not essential

Job Offer

My client is offering the opportunity to join their global live entertainment business as a Senior Management Accountant with 3 direct reports.

You will be offered a salary between £45,000 and £55,000 depending on relevant experience, with a competitive benefit package.
