They are experiencing continued growth and are now looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Analyst to liaise with the external contractor and the in-house team.

Description

As an Accounts Payable Analyst you will be reporting into the Operations Manager, your duties will include, however are not limited to: Work closely with the Outsource Provider to ensure delivery of service to the business, Ensure agreed processes are adhered to, Daily service delivery within the role scope, ensuring that KPIs are achieved and attained to meet operational expectations, Oversee Production of KPI's and Creditor packs for review, Analyse escalations and maintain daily trackers to assist with Root Cause Analysis, Resolve complex issues, Coordinate and deliver training sessions and optimise opportunities to deliver process improvement to our customers - through root cause analysis.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have extensive knowledge of accounts payable/PTP process
• Have a strong analytical background
• Have used SAP
• Be an excellent communicator
• Have a determined attitude to work
