SENIOR PAYROLL SPECIALIST - CITYWEST Our client, a leading multinational, is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist in Citywest for an initial 1 year fixed term contract. What You Need To Have: Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration and advantage IPASS 2 years of multi-national payroll experience Strong customer service orientation with excellent oral and written communication skills Detail oriented, reliable, pragmatic and proactive Aptitude for problem-solving Advanced excel skills Your Day: End to end payroll processing for a number of countries throughout the EMEA region, in partnership with a number of external 3rd party payroll providers. Compile and reconcile monthly payroll reports Process monthly payroll accounting entries and related account reconciliations Manage and address payroll related queries from employees and statutory authorities Ensure all payroll regulatory filings are completed in line with statutory due dates throughout the EMEA region Promote continuous improvements by engaging with all stakeholders by streamlining, improving and automating current processes and procedures where applicable Develop and maintain strong partnerships relationship with internal and external stakeholders Devise, implement and update payroll processes and procedures If interested please forward you CV to link or contact Julian Chambers on 01 6991472
