Key Responsibilities
• Able to lead and provide guidance to a team to meet reporting deadlines
• Responsible for preparing full sets of accounts, involving multi-currencies under the fund structure
• Prepare monthly management report, statutory reporting, quarterly reporting to investors and Group consolidation of accounts
• Involve in budgeting process, cash management, variance analysis and other ad hoc duties
• Handle corporate tax, GST filing and overseas VAT matters, government statistical reporting
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agent, company secretary and overseas administrators
• Ensure that policies/accounting treatment of investment instruments are in compliance with Singapore
Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Pre-requisites:
• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or any Business/Finance-related disciplines or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in an MNC environment. Fund accounting experience would be an added advantage
• Self-motivated, good communication skills, meticulous, organized, able to work independently and a proactive team player
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environment
• Good knowledge of FRS and IFRS is required
