This is a great opportunity for an experienced Head of Finance to join a large banking institution in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

To be successful in this role you'll;
  • Oversee financial reporting for the Group of companies covering Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia to shareholders and top management.
  • Oversee and manage the finance for Malaysia and Singapore entities which includes:
    • Oversee and manage the Finance Operations which handles the receipts & receivables, payment & payables for clients, trustees and Companies' transactions and GST.
    • Oversee and manage the Financial Accounting and Analysis which includes the monthly closing of accounts as well as statutory reporting.
  • Oversee and manage capital management for the Group.
  • Oversee and manage tax compliance/planning for Malaysia and Singapore including tax estimates.
  • Handles budgeting and forecasting for the Group.
  • Handles business segment reporting for Malaysia and Singapore.
  • Review and improve the policies and procedures in Finance.
  • Oversee regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Handles financial/profitability analysis as and when required by the business.
  • Liaise with auditor and tax agents for related matter.
  • Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Budget: 25,000 - 35,000 MYR per month
